Lisa Dooling is the founder of Sought, and is passionate about providing practical estate management solutions that genuinely reduce stress during some of life’s most difficult moments.
With decades of systems management experience across New Zealand and internationally, Lisa brings outstanding attention to detail, deep empathy, and a calm, methodical approach to every estate she works with. Her background — including 14 moves in 15 years, six of them international — has made her an expert in creating systems that bring order to complex situations.
Sought is based in Canterbury and operates throughout New Zealand. Lisa also works with SmartExpress to support families moving into retirement villages across the region — experience that continues to deepen her understanding of life transitions and the practical challenges families face.
