Sought director Lisa Dooling is passionate about providing practical estate management solutions that are tailored to her client’s needs and reduce stress during times of intense emotional pressure.

With decades of systems management experience both in New Zealand and overseas and outstanding attention to detail, Lisa takes care of your loved one’s household contents in an empathetic, calm, and systematic manner.

Having moved 14 times in 15 years with six of those moves being international, Lisa has become an expert in creating systems which provide a seamless process when cataloguing, organising, and distributing household items.

She offers a premium service where every item in a house is individually itemised which saves time and energy when it comes to clients making their final decisions on contents. Each item is treated with respect, care, and discretion.

Lisa provides an independent voice for family members as she is not emotionally connected to items contained in an estate. Her clients set the pace at which they move through the estate management process and can use all Sought’s services as a complete package or opt for a bespoke package which suits individual client needs.

Sought is committed to minimising its environmental footprint by reducing waste and minimising the impacts of its business operation on the environment. Giving back to the community is important to Lisa and she has established a charity arm of the business called “Big Table” which aims to support elderly and youth in the local community.
