Our services are bespoke, entirely dependent on what you or your family needs at any specific time. We don’t upsell, down-sell or lock you in to a package. Our quotes are individualised, based on your requirements, and are preceded by a detailed conversation on your requirements. The pricing below is here to give you an indication of the range of services we provide.
Administrative assistance $40.00 per hour
Full Project Management winding up an estate $75.00 per hour
Sought Consultant Cataloguing Service
This package involves the Sought Consultant coming into your home at a pre-arranged time/s to catalogue the contents of the home, office, shed etc. The app and subsequent report will be logged in under the client’s name and they will be the owner of this report.
The items will be catalogued, photographed and available details noted on the Sought app by the consultant. The client can then add in any extra details, historical notes, category, and the beneficiary details.
Our cataloguing prices are calculated on approximately how many items we can catalogue in an hour. The general persons living-room has over 100 items to catalogue so we work fast and systematically.
Cataloguing a 4 bedroom, 2 lounge home $500.00
Cataloguing each extra room / garage / shed $150.00
You can upgrade to the Consultant Cataloguing Service if you have purchased the app thinking you were going down the DIY route, but well….life got in the way! We are always here for you!
Sought Consultant Bespoke Cataloguing Service
There is little that won’t be an available as a service if you require it. All estates and people are different so require a specific conversation to work out what needs external assistance, and what the family can do together. We are here for that conversation too. We are an independent voice for you all.
The level of tasks can also vary so much – while some clients need a project manager to organise contractors to get the house ready for sale, others need the home catalogued for the family to discuss and decide the destiny of the contents.
